1 ПРАВИЛА КОРИСТУВАННЯ ПОСЛУГАМИ - IT UA

The services provided by It.cx shall be used by the Customer only for legal purposes and shall not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine and international laws.

The information set forth below is the rules for using the services of the websites https://it.cx.ua/ and https://it.cx.ua/

  1. The fact of acceptance of the terms of this agreement is the registration of an account in the system.
    1. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
    2. When registering, the Customer shall provide complete, true, reliable, correct and accurate information about himself/herself, as well as contact details in the amount required for the provision of services by the Contractor. 1.2. When registering an account, it is prohibited to use virtual telephone services, as well as services for sending and receiving SMS messages.
    3. The Contractor reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided by the Customer at any time by requesting certified copies of the necessary documents: copies of passport, driver's license, other documents capable of confirming the accuracy of the Customer's data.
    4. In case of failure to provide the documents required for identification or failure to perform the actions necessary for identification, the Contractor reserves the right to temporarily or completely suspend the provision of services without refunding the paid funds.
  2. LIST OF MATERIALS PROHIBITED FOR POSTING
    1. The services provided to the Customer shall be used only for legal purposes and shall not violate the current legislation of Ukraine and international laws.
    2. When using the Contractor's services, it is prohibited to: - publish information in violation of the copyrights of third parties; - use hosting accounts as a storage for backup copies of websites and/or databases; - use the Contractor's servers as proxy or anonymizers.
    3. Unacceptable materials for posting: - financial pyramids, online casinos, sites dedicated to "MMM" and advertising of financial pyramids, betting sites, lotteries, sites with gambling; - pirated archives of movies, music, books, television and computer programs, games (even if the files are physically located on other servers); - torrent trackers, resources for distribution of crack, warez; - materials and goods that encourage illegal activities or the sale of information obtained through illegal means, as well as materials that incite others to participate in illegal activities; - websites that distribute smoking mixtures, tobacco products, narcotic substances and marijuana seeds, or websites advertising such activities; - materials for campaigning of political parties or political propaganda; - pornography, sexually oriented content, webcam sites, escort service sites; - gaming sites, game servers regardless of genres and types of gaming activity; - phishing sites; - spamming services or scripts; - services or scripts for network scans; - services for the distribution of malware, malicious shells or various scripts that perform actions without the user's knowledge; - services or scripts for password recovery, parsers, indexers and crawlers (for scanning and obtaining information from other sites).
    4. The Contractor reserves the right to suspend or completely refuse to provide services if there is a suspicion that the customer is using the service in illegal activities or those that violate the laws of Ukraine or other states.
    5. The Contractor reserves the right to suspend or completely refuse to provide services in case of receipt of substantiated complaints from other network users and in case of lack of response (elimination of the causes of complaints) from the customer.
    6. The Contractor reserves the right to suspend or completely refuse to provide services with complete deletion of the data posted by the Customer in case of complaints from one or more higher providers: Hetzner Online GmbH, Serverius, COSMONOVA | NET, VOLIA-CABLE LLC or other company partners involved in the provision of the service by the Contractor.
  3. SCRIPTING SOFTWARE
    1. It is forbidden to post or allow the posting of viruses and malicious scripts.
    2. In case of their detection, the Contractor shall notify the Customer and provide a list of infected files for account cleaning. If the Customer fails to take appropriate measures within the given time, the Contractor shall have the right to fully or partially restrict the provision of services.
    3. The Customer is fully responsible for the actions taken in his/her account, including cases of infection with malicious scripts and dangerous software.
  4. USE OF EMAIL SERVICES
    1. It is forbidden to send unsolicited emails (spam) in bulk. If spamming is detected, the Customer's account is blocked
    2. In case the IP address belonging to the Contractor is blacklisted due to the Customer's fault, the Customer's account shall be immediately blocked.
    3. In case of mass mailings to non-existent addresses, the Customer's account may be temporarily restricted or completely blocked.
  5. USE OF FILE SYSTEM RESOURCES
    1. The space provided for hosting within the tariff plan is intended only for storing site files and system files that are created when creating a hosting account. Using server space as a data storage is prohibited. This item includes the impossibility of storing: - archives of site backups and backups in general, for more than one week; - photos, video and audio files that do not belong to the site files and are not used as content for the site; - invalid files of cached objects created by site scripts that are not automatically cleared by site scripts; - databases that are not used by sites and are stored on the server only for remote management or connection.
    2. Cached pages generated by website scripts should not exceed more than 3 GB of disk space and more than 10,000 inodes.
    3. Media content (ex: avi, bmp, bz2, css, doc, docx, eot, fla, flv, gif, gz, htm, html, ico, jpeg, jpg, js, mkv, mov, mp3, mp4, mpeg, mpg, odf, odp, ods, odt, ogg, otf, pdf, png, ppt, pptx, rar, rtf, svg, swf, tar, tgz, ttf, txt, wav, wbmp, webp, wml, wmlc, wmls, wmlsc, woff, woff2, xls, xlsx, zip, etc.) hosted within the Unlim hosting plans should not exceed the disk space limitations for each individual site. According to this rule, an unlimited number of websites can be hosted within one Unlim hosting account, but each of them must comply with the storage limitations for its media content. Information about the restrictions can be found in the Unlim hosting table on the main page.
    4. Each tariff has restrictions on the number of inodes (files) that are allowed to be placed in the hosting account. Information about the limits is given in the table on the main page. For the Smart tariff, the limit is 75000 inodes;
    5. In case of excessive exceeding of the limits, the Contractor shall send a notification to the Customer with a request to reduce the amount of consumed resources within 48 hours. If the Customer does not reduce the amount of consumed resources within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the notification, the Contractor reserves the right to suspend the provision of services.
  6. USE OF DATABASE RESOURCES
    1. The maximum allowable time for executing sql queries is 30 seconds.
    2. The maximum allowable size for one database is 2 GB and the number of tables is 1000.
    3. The total amount of databases in your account should not exceed 4 GB.
    4. Remote use of databases created on it.cx.ua servers for scripts that run outside it.cx.ua servers is not allowed.
    5. The size of the databases is taken into account in the total quota of the hosting account's disk space.
    6. In case of violation of clauses 6.1. and 6.2. The Contractor reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the provision of services.
    7. In case of violation of clauses 6.2. and 6.3. the Contractor reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to the execution of requests (INSERT, UPDATE, CREATE) until the situation is corrected.
  7. Utilization of CPU and RAM resources (CPU and RAM)
    1. For each hosting account, the system is allocated 2 cores and 2 GB of RAM. The percentage of CPU load includes the total consumption of processor time from the allocated cores. If, for example, the daily figure is 8%, this means that in 24 hours the account consumed 8% of the total capacity of the dedicated cores on the server.
    2. Each plan has restrictions on the use of processor time. Information about the limitations can be found in the table on the main page. For the Smart tariff, the limit is 3%.The daily limit includes the average value of resource consumption over 24 hours. This parameter shows the actual percentage of CPU consumption by the hosting account. The daily limit can vary in the range of + 20% from the set limit. This means that for the Penthouse tariff plan, for example, fluctuations up to 18% are normal (15 * 0.2 + 15 = 18).
    3. It is allowed to use 100% from a dedicated account for a processor load of no more than five minutes.
    4. It is allowed to use 100% from the allocated RAM account for no more than five minutes.
    5. The average daily RAM consumption should not exceed 256 MB.
    6. In case of exceeding the above limits within 5 calendar days, the Contractor shall notify the Customer by email of the need to correct the situation with the excess consumption of these resources within 72 hours. If the Contractor does not correct the situation with the excessive consumption of resources within the given time, the Contractor reserves the right to automatically change the Customer's tariff plan with the transfer of funds for the remaining period in favor of the tariff plan that includes the resources consumed by the Customer. In case of excessive or systematic exceeding of the limits within 5 calendar days that do not fit into any of the tariff plans, the Contractor reserves the right to suspend the provision of services.
